CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Revaluation 2026: Apply Online, Fees, and Key Deadlines

CBSE has opened the Class 12 Supplementary revaluation and verification window from September 7 to 9, 2026. The Board has notified fees of ₹100 per answer book for verification and ₹100 per question for re-evaluation. Only students who obtained scanned copies by September 1 can apply during this window.

Applications are online and time-bound, with one application accepted per candidate. Outcomes may increase or decrease marks, and the revised result will be final and binding. Plan requests carefully before payment, as fees are non-refundable and late submissions are rejected.

CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Revaluation 2026 Guide

Who is eligible for CBSE Class 12 Supplementary revaluation and verification?

Eligibility is restricted to candidates who first requested the scanned answer book between August 31 and September 1. Re-evaluation applies only to the theory portion, not practicals. Keep the scanned copy handy to flag unchecked answers or totaling issues before deciding on re-evaluation. The scanned copy fee was ₹100 per subject.

CBSE revaluation dates and fees: September 7–9, new ₹100 charges

The verification and re-evaluation application window runs from September 7 to 9, 2026 (IST). Fees are fixed at ₹100 per answer book for verification and ₹100 per question for re-evaluation. Budget for multiple questions if challenging several parts. Submit only within the scheduled dates; no offline requests are accepted.

How to apply on the Post Result Activities portal

Log in through the CBSE Post Result Activities portal, select verification and/or re-evaluation, and enter subject and question details. Use the Freeze option only after confirming every selection, then pay online. Download the acknowledgement and track status in the dashboard. CBSE communicates outcomes after processing is complete.

What changes are allowed, and can marks decrease?

Verification covers issues like unchecked answers, totaling or posting errors, and missing attachments noted in your scanned copy. Re-evaluation examines specific theory answers you select. Marks can rise or fall; if changed, you must surrender the old mark sheet for a fresh one. Re-evaluation can’t be sought under the Right to Information Act.

Review your scanned copy against the marking scheme, list exact question numbers, and keep payment proofs. Apply early in the September 7–9 window to avoid last-minute issues. For doubts, rely on official notices and contact Regional Offices or CBSE helplines, not social media forwards. Track updates through your application portal.
