The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the CBSE Class 12 results 2020. Candidates who have appeared for the written examination held between February and March can check their CBSE Class 12 result 2020 on the official website.
The overall pass percentage of CBSE Class 12 result 2020 is 83.4%, which is a slight increase compared to last year (83.01%). The pass percentage of girls is 88.7% and boys are 79.04%. A total of 31,14,821 students registered for the CBSE Class 12 and 10, out of which the 12,87,359 students appeared for Class 12 board exams. The total number of boys and girls appeared for the CBSE Class 12 is 7,48,498 and 5,38,861, respectively.

1. A total of 12,87,359 students appeared for Class 12 board exams in 2019.
2. 28 transgenders appeared for CBSE Class 12 exams.

5. Hansika Shukla (Meerut) and Karishma Arora (Muzaffarnagar) topped the CBSE Class 12 exams with a score of 499 marks out of 500.
6. The top-performing region is Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) with a pass percentage of 92.2%.
7. A total of three girls shared the second position with a total of 498 marks of 500.
8. The number of students who scored 497 marks out of 500 is 18. A total of 11 girls are there out of 18 students.
9. 17,693 students have secured more than 95% in CBSE Class 12 examination.
10. 94,299 students have secured more than 90% marks.
