The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today i.e. December 9, 2021 conducted the CBSE Class 12 Term 1 2021 Geography examination comprising of multiple-choice questions. The CBSE Class 12 Term 1 Geography was held in the MCQ format and is the Fifth core paper of CBSE Class 12 Term 1 2021 examination process held after the Sociology, English, Mathematics, Physical Education, and Business Studies papers, which were held from December 1 till December 8, 2021, respectively.

The CBSE Class 12 Term 1 Geography paper was held for a duration of 90 minutes (11:30 am to 1:00 pm) where students were given multiple-choice questions to be answered on an OMR sheet issued. The Geography question paper is comprised of 60 questions divided into 3 Sections - A, B and C respectively of which 40 are to be mandatorily answered from Section A and B which will comprise 24 questions each. Map section questions must be mandatorily attempted. Section C comprising of 12 questions where students are required to attempt 10 questions, with Source-based questions to be answered mandatorily. There will be NO negative marking and all questions will carry equal marks.
