The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has postponed all the board exams due to Coronavirus epidemic. The board exams scheduled between March 19 and 31 postponed as a precautionary measure and in compliance of the instructions received from Secretary, Department of Higher Education/School Education and Literacy.
The CBSE has decided to reschedule the ongoing examinations for Class 10 and Class 12 being held in India and abroad between March 19 and 31 (both dates inclusive) after March 31, 2020. The Board will communicate the rescheduled dates after re-assessment of the situation.
The CBSE has tweeted regarding Class 10 and Class 12 board exams postponed 2020 on March 18. Students are advised to visit the official website of CBSE to track the latest developments.

Human Resource Development Minister, Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, has tweeted "Keeping in view the health concerns of Students, I directed CBSE and NIOS to postpone exams and evaluation till 31st March 2020. I request all students to follow the health advisory issued by @MoHFW_INDIA."

The official notice reads, "All ongoing board exams related evaluation work in various evaluation centres in the country is also suspended upto 31st March, 2020. All Centre Nodal Supervisors may ensure rescheduling of evaluation work from 01.04.2020, unless otherwise informed by the Board."
