The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has invited applications in a prescribed format from qualified and retired police officers in the rank of Inspectors and above, for the post of Consultants to handle work related to trail cases in various courts in Tamil Nadu through direct selection. The offline application process towards the same started on March 6, 2020 and closes on March 23, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Educational Criteria And Experience

Desirous candidates interested in joining as Consultants through CBI Recruitment must possess a Graduation/Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University/Institution with 10 years of experience in Investigation and Prosecution of Criminal Cases in the Court of Law as detailed in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Consultants through CBI Recruitment will be done through Shortlisting, Interview and Document Verification.

Candidates selected as Consultants through CBI Recruitment will be paid an emolument of Rs. 40,000 per month.
