CAT 2015: Tomorrow Last Day for Registrations

Only 1 day is left for registrations for the Common Admission Test CAT 2015. CAT 2015 is conducted by the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) 2015. The registrations dates for CAT 2015 has been extended to September 25 from September 20.

According to the TOI, about 1.38 lak candidates have registered to take up CAT 2015. The exam will be held on November 29, 2015 in 2 sessions in 136 centres at 650 test venues across the country. The results of CAT 2015 will be declared in the second week of January.

Eligibile candidates can apply online, on the official website iimcat.ac.in. Application fee of Rs 1,600 and Rs 800 should be paid for registrations.

The candidates' selection will be made on the basis written ability test followed by group discussion and personal interview. Read more about selection procedure of CAT 2015.

This year onwards, CAT has made a few changes in the examination pattern i.e. the duration of the exam has been increased to 10 minutes and new section have been added i.e. Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR). The paper will be segregated into three sections i.e. Quantitative Aptitute (QA), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR) and Verbal & Reading Comprehension (VRC).
