The candidates who have been registered for the CAT 2014 are not happy with the exam centre allotted to them. Since the CAT 2014 admit, card is available for download for the candidates.

As per the reports, candidates are not happy with the allotted exam centres by the IIM Indore. Candidates were asked to choose any of the three choice of their exam centres to appear for the examination. Even, exam date was randomly allocated to the candidates.

Many of the students are facing problem with the allotted exam centres. One of the CAT aspirant said that CAT exam will be held on November 22 at Indore and IIFT entrance exam will be held on November 23 at New Delhi. Aspirant has to appear for the both exam. Most of the students had applied for both the entrance exams.

Luckily, some of the aspirants got November 16, 2014 as the exam date, providing them a gap of seven days to appear for IIFT exam.

Both the exams is conducted for admission to management programmes.

"I have been preparing for both the exams since last six months. Though I am more interested in IIFT, I wanted to keep my options open for IIM also. But travelling back from Udaipur to Delhi and appearing for the exam very next day might not be a feasible idea for me now," Askriti Sharma said (careers360.com quotes).

For past few years, CAT exam centres and dates would be allocated to the candidates of their choice. Candidates were also provided different options to chose exam centres and dates.
