BTSC Recruitment 2020 For 91 Food Safety Officers (FSO) Post, Apply Online Before April 15

The Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC), under Govt. of Bihar, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 91 vacancies to the post of Food Safety Officers (FSO) through direct selection. The online registration-cum-application process towards the same started on March 16, 2020 and closes on April 15, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for FSO posts through BTSC Recruitment 2020 must have attained 21 years of age and not be more than 37 years as on August 1, 2019 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 40 years (Women/OBC/EBC - Men/Women) and 42 years (SC/ST) respectively as specified in the notification.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 200 (Gen/EWS/OBC and other state candidates) and Rs. 50 (SC/ST/EBC and Women candidates) respectively as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit) mode or any other mode as applicable.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Candidates applying for FSO posts through BTSC Recruitment 2020 must possess a B.E/B.Tech/Degree/B.Sc in in Food Technology/Dairy Technology/Biotechnology/ Oil Technology/Agricultural Science/Veterinary Sciences/Bio-Chemistry/ Microbiology from a recognised University/Institute as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as FSO posts through BTSC Recruitment 2020 will be done through a Written Test and Interview based on merit.

Candidates selected as FSO posts through BTSC Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument as per the BTSC norms.
