BSPHCL Recruitment Education Qualifications

The educational criteria for different positions are outlined as follows:
Candidates applying for the Technical Grade III position must possess a two-year electrician trade certificate from an institution recognized by either the State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) or the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) in New Delhi.
For the Junior Account Clerk role, applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
Candidates aspiring for the Corr. Clerk and Store Assistant roles must hold a Bachelor's degree.
Junior Engineer GTO applicants are required to have a full-time, three-year diploma in electrical engineering approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or obtained from a state or central government-recognized institute or college.
As for the AEE GTO position, candidates must possess a full-time four-year engineering degree, such as Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or B.Sc. in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics, from an AICTE-recognized institution.

Registration Fee

The registration fee for Unreserved, Economically Backward Classes, and Backward Classes is Rs. 1500. However, for Scheduled Tribes or Scheduled Castes applicants with Bihar domicile, as well as Divyang candidates, the fee is reduced to Rs. 375.

Salary

The salary for BSPHCL Recruitment 2024 ranges from Pay Level 4 to 5 for various positions specified in the notification. During the initial two-year probation period, selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 9200/- per month in the first year. After completing one year of probation, candidates will be entitled to their regular salary and allowances as per the 7th Pay Commission.

Age Requirements

The age requirements for candidates vary depending on different categories. Applicants in the Unreserved or General category should be between 21 and 37 years old. For those belonging to the Scheduled Tribes or Scheduled Castes category, the age limit is extended to 42 years, while candidates from Economically Backward Classes, Backward Classes, and female candidates have an upper age limit of 40 years.
