Border Security Force (BSF), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, has invited applications in a prescribed format from eligible Indian nationals for filling 114 Group B and C Combatised posts in BSF, Air Wing in various capacities comprising Senior Aircraft Mechanic (Inspector), Senior Radio Mechanic (Inspector), Junior Aircraft Mechanic (SI), Asst. Aircraft Mechanic (Asst. SI), Asst. Aircraft Radio Mechanic (Asst. SI), Sr. and Jr. Flight Gunner, Sr. and Jr. Flight Engineer, Inspector/Storeman, Head Constable (Storeman) and Constables (Maintenance) through direct recruitment on deputation/absorption/re-employment basis.

Desirous candidates applying for Group B and C posts through BSF Recruitment 2020 must have passed Class 10/Matriculation/SSLC or equivalent; Class 12/Intermediate or equivalent; B.E/B.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines; Bachelor's Degree; Diploma/ITI in relevant trade from a recognised Board/Institute and possess relevant years of work experience in the concerned area as specified in the notification besides meeting the physical-cum-medical standards as detailed in the advertisement.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to Group B and C posts through BSF Recruitment 2020 will be done based on the candidates' performance in the Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Test/Practical Test, Medical Examination and Document Verification.

Candidates selected to Group B and C posts through BSF Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument under Pay Matrix 3 up to Pay Matrix 7 as per the designation.
