British Council develops 'IELTS 1001 Ways' app for students

The British Council has developed an application 'IELTS 1001 Ways' to help the students to crack the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

The IELTS is the qualifying English examination for students who are applying for the abroad universities. There is an another exam called TOEFL. The similarities between TOEFL and IELTS is one and the same.

What is IELTS?
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is a test that determines the knowledge of English in a candidate who has to study or work in an English-speaking country.

British Council develops 'IELTS 1001 Ways' app

'IELTS 1001 Ways' application:
As per the British Council officials, the new mobile application will teach the students in 1001 ways to speak English. So many of students who are not confident about the English can have this application to learn.

It is an educative application, which enables students to get familiar with diverse English accents which are found all over the world. Currently, it is available for 'Android' phone's only. The app contains game, videos and recording facility. Students can watch the video clip and guess about where the speakers in the videos hail from.

The most important aspect of the IELTS is that people would get a chance to express themselves in the 'Face-to-Face' speaking section.

It is one of the most sought-after English language examination around the world. More than 1,000 universities will use IELTS scores for admission. Around 2 million aspirants would take the examination every year.
