BPSC TRE 4 Recruitment 2026: Bihar Announces 32,388 Teacher Vacancies
The Bihar Government has announced a major recruitment drive for school teachers under the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE) 4.0. Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary informed that the state's Education Department has sent a requisition to the BPSC for the recruitment of 32,388 teaching posts across government schools.

- Classes 1 to 5: 3,847 posts
- Classes 6 to 8: 8,563 posts
- Classes 9 to 10: 3,877 posts
- Classes 11 to 12: 16,101 posts
The largest share of vacancies has been reserved for Classes 11 and 12, accounting for nearly half of the total posts. This reflects the government's focus on improving higher secondary education by appointing qualified subject teachers in science, commerce, humanities, and other disciplines.
