BPSC Recruitment For 349 Civil Judges Posts 2019

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released a notification calling for recruitment of eligible candidates to the post of 349 Civil Judges to be deputed across the various Courts in the State of Bihar. The online application process towards the Recruitment For 349 Civil Judges starts from 14 January 2019 and will close on 23 January 2019 with 28 January 2019 as the last date for payment of application fee.

Age Criteria And Fee

The recruitment drive is a part of the 30th Bihar Judicial Services and desirous candidates applying for the post of Civil Judges must have attained 22 years of age as on 08 January 2017 and not exceeded 35 years, with a relaxation in the upper age limit to various categories, including women as detailed in the notification.

Candidates are also required to pay a prescribed fee of Rs 750/- (Gen/OBC/Other State) and Rs 200/- (SC/ST/PWD/Women) through online (net-banking, credit/debit payment gateways) mode only before 28 January 2019.

Education Criteria And Selection

Candidates applying for the Civil Judges post must possess a Degree in Law from a recognised University/Institute/Board.

The selection of candidates will be done through a written examination of 600 marks comprising the following papers - General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Elementary Science, General Hindi, General English, and Law of Evidence and Procedure followed by an interview.
