Selection

Selection for these positions will be based on a written test, which carries a total of 400 marks, followed by an interview. Candidates who successfully pass the written test will be eligible to participate in the interview round.

Application fee

The application fee for general category candidates is ₹750, while SC/ST, reserved/unreserved category females, and handicapped category candidates are required to pay ₹200 for each post separately.

Exam pattern

The BPSC Agriculture Officer Recruitment 2024 exam pattern includes a written examination with three papers: Hindi (100 marks, two hours), General Knowledge (100 marks, two hours), and specialized subjects such as Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Plant Protection, and Agriculture Science (each paper worth 200 marks, two hours). Additionally, candidates will undergo a 50-point interview. The overall evaluation comprises 75 points for the written exam and 25 points for the interview.
