BIS Recruitment 2019 For 115 UDC, Lab Officers And Other Posts; Application Starts From May 25

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Govt. of India, has invited applications in a prescribed format from eligible and experienced candidates for filling 115 vacancies to the post of Deputy Director (07), Laboratory Officer (17), Section Officer (05), Senior Master Technician (07) and Upper Division Clerks (79) on deputation. The offline application process towards the same starts from May 25, 2019 and closes on July 24, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for various posts through BIS Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded 56 years of age as on July 24, 2019 with relaxation in the upper age limit to reserved categories as per the Govt. of India guidelines.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for various posts through BIS Recruitment 2019 must possess an ITI (Turner/Mechanist/Carpenter/Mason/Mechanical & Electrical/Fitter & Welder); Graduate Degree; B.Sc/Diploma (Chemistry/Chemical/Mechanical); MBA/ICWA/CA/SAS/LLB/PG Degree/Diploma (Personnel Management/Human Resources Management/Business Administration/Journalism/ Public Relations/ Advertising/Marketing) from a recognized University/Institute, and must be holding an analogous post on regular basis with five to six years of work experience in relevant domain as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to various posts through BIS Recruitment 2019 will be done through Shortlisting, Written Test/Interview (as applicable) and Document Verification.

Candidates selected to various posts will be paid an emolument in the range of Rs. 25,500 to 2,08,700 per month as per the designation

Candidates applying for various posts through BIS Recruitment 2019 must fill the application form attached with the advertisement, and submit the same along with attested copies of relevant supporting documents to the, "Director (Establishment), Bureau of Indian Standards, Manak Bhavan, 9, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi 110002," - on or before July 24, 2019 by Speed post only.

The envelope containing Application Form and other documents must be superscribed, "The application for the post of ....................................... (name of the post applied for) on Deputation".
