The Bihar Police, through the Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) in Patna, Bihar, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates (Male and Female) for filling 484 vacancies to the post of Forest Guards through direct recruitment. The registration-cum-application process towards the same started on July 21, 2020 and closes on September 4, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Forest Guards post through Bihar Police Recruitment 2020 must have attained 18 years of age as on January 1, 2020 and not be more than 23 years (Gen/UR - Male and Female), 25 years (OBC and EBC - Male and Female) and 28 (SC/ST - Male and Female) as specified in the notification.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 450 and (Gen/UR, OBC, EBC and EWS) and Rs. 112 (/SC/ST candidates) as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit) mode or any other mode as applicable.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Candidates applying for Forest Guards post through Bihar Police Recruitment 2020 must have passed 10+2/Class 12/Intermediate or equivalent from a recognised Board/Institute as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Forest Guards through Bihar Police Recruitment 2020 will be done through a Written Test (OMR - objective type), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) and Interview.

Candidates selected as Forest Guards through Bihar Police Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month.
