BHU UG Spot Round 1 Allocation Live: Check Your Dashboard for Seat Status and Fee Payment

Banaras Hindu University’s UG Spot Round 1 allocation goes live today, August 25, 2026. The university has confirmed the date but not the release hour. Check your Samarth dashboard regularly through the evening at bhucuet.samarth.edu.in. Recent UG rounds went live at 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, so plan accordingly.

This Spot Round is a mixed mid-entry round that blends new registrants and existing applicants. Eligible groups include unregistered aspirants, waitlisted candidates, and those who missed fee deadlines. Already admitted students need not withdraw to participate or upgrade. Fine arts courses with practical components, BPA and BFA, are excluded.

How to check Samarth dashboard and pay BHU UG spot fees

Log in using your CUET-UG application number and date of birth. Open Allotment on your dashboard to view the seat and fee link. Choose Freeze or Float as applicable. Pay within 48 hours using UPI, card, or net banking. Non‑payment cancels the seat automatically.

Eligibility and category rules for BHU UG spot round

You may change your reservation category in CAP, even if different in CUET. However, category claims must match valid certificates at reporting. EWS certificates must be dated on or after April 1, 2026. OBC‑NCL certificates must be dated on or after January 1, 2026. Invalid proof leads to cancellation.

Reporting dates, venues and documents for BHU spot round

Candidates allotted in Spot Round must report on September 5, 2026, between 10 AM and 4 PM. Venues include FMC, MMV, and RGSC for university faculties, and AMPG, DAV, VKM and VCW for affiliated colleges. Carry admission letter, BHU registration form, CUET application, admit card, scorecard, Class 10 and 12 certificates, category, TC, migration, character, anti‑ragging forms, Residence/Dossier, and six photos.
