BHU Recruitment 2019: Apply Online For 439 Assistant Professors Post In Multiple Disciplines

Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Uttar Pradesh, has invited online applications from qualified and experienced candidates for filling 439 Assistant Professors post under various departments/sections comprising - Faculty of Medicine (50), Institute of Medical Sciences (46), Faculty of Ayurveda (23), Institute of Science (77), Faculty of Agriculture (16), Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Scs., RGSC (45), Faculty of Arts (59), Faculty of Social Sciences (23), Faculty of Sanskrit Vidya Dharm Vigyan (07), Faculty of Law (07), Faculty of Education (10), Institute of Management Studies (06), Faculty of Performing Arts (08), Faculty of Visual Arts (08), Mahila Mahavidyalaya (39) and Rajiv Gandhi South Campus Barkachha, Mirzapur (15) through direct recruitment. \

The application process towards the same starts from May 27, 2019 and closes on June 25, 2019 by 5:00 pm. A hardcopy of the filled application form along with relevant enclosures must be submitted on or before June 29, 2019 by 5:00 pm

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 1,000 (Gen, EWS and OBC) as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit etc payment gateways) mode only. SC/ST and PWD candidates are exempted from paying application fee.

Educational Criteria

Desirous candidates applying for Assistant Professors post through BHU Recruitment 2019 must possess Masters' Degree (minimum 55% marks) in relevant discipline; M.Pharma; M/Sc; Post-graduate qualification in MD/MS/DNB/M.Ch. from a recognized University/Institute.
Candidates must have also qualified NET/SLET/SET in the relevant subject/discipline

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Assistant Professors post through BHU Recruitment 2019 will be done through Shortlisting, Interview and Document Verification

Candidates selected as Assistant Professors will be paid an emolument in the rage of Rs. 57,700 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month as per the designation and level.
