Bharat Electronics Limited 2025: Apply Now for 137 Engineering Vacancies, Here's Everything You Need to Know

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a premier Indian public sector enterprise in the electronics industry, has announced an exciting recruitment drive for 2025, inviting applications for 137 engineering positions. This recruitment aims to onboard talented individuals for Trainee Engineer-I and Project Engineer-I roles across multiple engineering disciplines, including electronics, mechanical, computer science, and mechatronics.

Available Job Roles

The available positions are divided into 70 slots for Project Engineer-I and 67 slots for Trainee Engineer-I.

Eligibility Criteria

The available positions require candidates to hold a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering degree in the relevant fields, experience requirements differ. Project Engineer applicants must possess at least two years of relevant field experience, whereas fresh graduates can apply for Trainee Engineer positions.

The age limit is set at 28 years for Trainee Engineers and 32 years for Project Engineers as of January 1, 2025. However, age relaxations will be provided as per government norms.

Selection Process

Candidates must clear a written examination that assesses both technical knowledge and general aptitude. Those applying for Project Engineer-I roles will also undergo a personal interview after clearing the written test.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive competitive remuneration, as follows:

Trainee Engineer-I: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month for a maximum tenure of three years.

Project Engineer-I: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 55,000 per month for a maximum tenure of four years.
