The Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), India's premier 'Navaratna' PSU under the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, has invited applications in a prescribed format from serving/retired Naval Officers for filling vacancies to the post of Managers (03) and Deputy General Manager (01) through direct recruitment to be posted at BEL's units in Bengaluru, Mumba and Kolkata. The offline application process towards the same started on June 3, 2020 and closes on June 20, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Managers and DGM post through BEL Recruitment 2020 must fall in the age group between 45 to 50 years of age as on June 1, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) for OBC candidates as applicable.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Managers and DGM post through BEL Recruitment 2020 must possess a B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics Engineering and allied branches of Electronics Engineering from a recognised University/Institute with minimum of 10 to 15 years of post-qualification experience as detailed in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Managers and DGM through BEL Recruitment 2020 will be done through Interview.

Candidates selected as Managers and DGM through BEL Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument in the pay ranging from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 2,20,000 per month as per the post.
