The Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), India's leading 'Navaratna' PSU under the Ministry of Defence, has called for online applications from qualified and experienced candidates in the age group between 25 to 28 years of age as on September 1, 2020 for filling Twenty Three (23) vacancies to the post of Trainee Engineer - I, Project Engineer - I, Trainee Officer - I and Project Officer-I in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, Finance, Civil and Human Resources disciplines through direct recruitment to be posted at BEL's Nandambakkam Unit in Chennai, Tamil Nadu in India on a fulltime basis on contract with an emolument ranging from Rs. 25,000 up to Rs. 50,000 a month.

BEL Recruitment 2020: Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Engineer/Officers posts through BEL Recruitment 2020 must not have exceeded 25 years of age (Trainee Engineer/Trainee Officer-I posts) and 28 years of age (Project Engineer/ Project Officer-I posts) respectively as on September 1, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 3 years (OBC) and 5 years (SC/ST) respectively as specified in the BEL Notification 2020.

Gen/OBC candidates must remit a prescribed amount of Rs. 500 (Project Engineer/Officer-I) and Rs. 200 (Trainee Engineer/Officer -I) respectively as application fee for Engineer/Officers posts through BEL Recruitment 2020 through SBI Collect (through online mode or through SBI Branch). However, SC/ST and PWD are exempted from paying the application fee as mentioned in the BEL Notification 2020.

Desirous candidates applying for Engineer/Officers posts through BEL Recruitment 2020 must possess a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Communication, Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil engineering disciplines; MBA in Finance; MBA (HR)/MSW/MA (HRM); Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from a recognised University/Institute with minimum of one to two years of relevant industrial work experience as detailed in the BEL Notification 2020.

The selection of candidates to Engineer/Officers posts through BEL Recruitment 2020 will be done through Shortlisting, Academic Qualification, Work Experience and Merit.
Candidates selected as Engineer/Officers posts through BEL Recruitment 2020 will be paid remuneration in the scale ranging from Rs. 25,000 up to Rs. 50,000 per month.
