BARC Recruitment 2018: Join Diploma In Radiological Physics And Become A Medical Physicist

Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) has invited applications from candidates to apply for Diploma in Radiological Physics. This is a course that must be pursued post MSc and is for a period of one year. Qualifying candidates will be given a seat in the Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI). Around 30 candidates can be admitted in this batch.

The medium of instruction is English. Candidates will be awarded a stipend every month to attend the course. If a candidate decides to discontinue, he or she must repay the stipend along with interest. After the completion of the course, the candidates must undergo one year internship at the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) for appointment as a Medical Physicist in the radiotherapy centres.
