The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the schedule for the 19th qualifying test for Indian nationals with legal degrees from overseas colleges. The BCI 19th qualifying exams will be held from December 18 to December 23, 2023. The tests will be held at the Bar Council of India, 21 Rouse Avenue, Institutional Area, New Delhi-110002. There are six papers in all, according to the BCI exam schedule. The tests will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) administers the All India Bar Examination to law graduates who want to practise in a court of law in India. The test question paper covers key law topics including as Constitutional Law, IPC, CrPC, IEA, Family Law, PIL, Administration, leading Supreme Court decisions, professional ethics, and more. Graduates of both the 3-year LLB and the 5-year LLB programmes are qualified to take the AIBE exam. Candidates who meet the basic qualifications are awarded a 'Certificate of Practice,' allowing them to continue practicing law in courts of law.
