Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2019 For Senior Relationship Managers And Territorial Heads

The Bank of Baroda has invited online applications from eligible and experienced India nationals for filling 100 vacancies to the post of Senior Relationship Manager (96) and Territory Heads (04) through direct recruitment. The online registration-cum-application process towards the same starts from March 08, 2019 and closes on March 29, 2019

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Senior Relationship Manager and Territory Heads through Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2019 must meet the following age criteria as on March 01, 2019:

Senior Relationship Manager - 25 years of age and not more than 40 years

Territory Head - 35 years of age and not more than 45 years

Relaxation in the upper age limit up to 5 years and 3 years is granted to SC/ST and OBC (NCL) candidates respectively.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 600 (GEN/OBC/EWS) and Rs. 100 (SC/ST/PWD) respectively as application processing fee through online (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit payment gateways) mode only as detailed in the notification.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Senior Relationship Manager and Territory Heads through Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2019 must possess qualification as under:

Senior Relationship Manager - Graduate from a recognized University/Institution. Candidates with an MBA will be given preference.

Candidates must have at least three-years post-qualification experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with a leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks/Asset Management Companies (AMC), and must also have adequate experience in building and managing relationship with high-net worth clients.

Territory Head - Graduate from a recognized University/Institution. Candidates with an MBA will be given preference.

Candidates must have at least eight-years post-qualification experience in Wealth Management.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Senior Relationship Manager and Territory Heads through Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2019 will be done through Shortlisting, Written Test/Personal Interview/Group Discussion.

Candidates selected as Senior Relationship Manager and Territory Heads will be paid as per the BOB standards.
