The Punjab and Sind Bank, a Govt. of India undertaking, has invited online applications from qualified and experienced Indian nationals for selection of 168 Specialist Officers (SO) comprising Law Manager, Fire Safety Officer, Security Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, Chartered Accountants, Software Developer/IT Programmer, Rajbhasha Officer, Technical Officer - Electrical under MMGS II and JMGS I scale, and AGM-Law, Company Secretary and Rajbhasha Adhikari posts under SMGS IV and V scale through direct recruitment. The application process towards the same starts from September 26, 2019 and closes on October 10, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of SO, CS and Rajbhasha Adhikari posts through Bank Jobs must fall in the age group between 20 to 45 years as on July 31, 2019, with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 5 years (SC/ST), 3 years (OBC-NCL) and 10 years (PWBD) respectively as specified in the notification.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 826 (GEN/OBC - CGST & SGST) and Rs. 177 (SC/ST/PWD - Intimation charges only) respectively as application processing fee through online (net-banking/debit/credit, etc, payment gateways) mode only.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as SO, CS and Rajbhasha Adhikari through Bank Jobs will be done through Shortlisting, Written Examination (for all posts under MMGS II and JMGS I scale) and Personal Interaction/Interview.

Candidates selected as SO, CS and Rajbhasha Adhikari under various grades through Bank Jobs will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 23,700 to Rs. 66,070 per month as per the grade scale.
