After facing the problems and technical glitches on evaluating the answer sheets of the students, Bangalore University has planned to hold the evaluation process with high security and surveillance this time.
University Vice-chancellor is personally taking care of the evaluation process.
Around 14 lakh odd semester undergraduate candidates answer scripts will be taken to the evaluation process.
Bangalore University Vice-chancellor, B Thimme Gowda has planned to write a letter to Police Commissioner appraising him of the situation.
In places of evaluation process, CCTVs, police personnel and university staff members will be allotted to monitor the process.
A total of 40 CCTVs have been installed and more will be placed, if required.
"We have strengthened the security. There will be single entry and exit point when the valuation is in progress. The college gates will also be monitored closely," Prof Gowda said.
For this year, all the semester UG courses answer scripts evaluation process will be held at Central College.
A special officer has been appointed along with Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar to monitor the valuation process.
