The Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB), under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, has released ASRB Combined Notification for NET, ARS and STO Examination 2021, inviting online applications from eligible and interested Indian nationals for filling Two Eighty-Seven (287) vacancies to the post of ARS Scientists and Senior Technical Officers (STO) in ASRB through ASRB Examination 2021 to be posted across India on a fulltime basis as mentioned in the ASRB Combined Notification.

The registration-cum-application process for ASRB Examination 2021 started on April 05, 2021 and closes on April 25, 2021 by 5:00 pm.

ASRB Recruitment 2021: Age Criteria

Candidates interested in applying for ARS Examination 2021 and ASRB STO Recruitment through ASRB Recruitment 2021 must meet the following age criteria:

ASRB ARS Scientist Recruitment: 21 to 32 years as on January 1, 2021.
ASRB STO Recruitment: 21 to 35 years as on April 25, 2021

With relaxation (upper age limit) up to 3 years (OBC-NCL) and SC/ST (5 years) respectively as specified in the ASRB Combined Notification 2021.

ASRB Recruitment 2021: Application Fee

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 500 (Gen/UR/OBC/EWS) as ASRB Examination fee for ARS Examination 2021 and ASRB STO Recruitment under ASRB Recruitment 2021 through online mode. However, SC/ST/PWD and Women candidates are exempted from paying the application fee as mentioned in the official ASRB Combined Notification 2021 given at the end of the article.

ASRB Recruitment 2021: Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to ARS Examination 2021 and ASRB STO Recruitment through ASRB Recruitment 2021 will be done through an online Computer-Based Exam for ARS 2021 Prelims and ASRB STO (Objective), ARS (Mains) Examination and Viva-Voce (Interview) as notified in ASRB Combined Notification 2021.

Candidates selected to ARS Examination 2021 and ASRB STO Recruitment through ASRB Recruitment 2021 will be paid emolument in the following scale:
