Archery Association of India Seeks Applications for CEO Position: Today is the last date to apply
The Archery Association of India (AAI), the governing body for archery in the country, has announced an opening for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Reporting directly to the President/General, the CEO will play a pivotal role in managing the organization's day-to-day operations, guiding strategic planning, developing programs to foster archery's growth, and establishing key partnerships.
About the Archery Association of India
Affiliated with World Archery Asia and World Archery, AAI's mission is to promote, organize, and regulate the sport of archery across India. The CEO will be integral to these efforts, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and representing the AAI on both national and international platforms.
Key Qualifications and Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience within a sports organization, federation, league, or agency.
- In-depth understanding of sports governance.
- Proven strategic planning skills.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and foster collaboration.
- No prior association with AAI.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing financial management, resource allocation, and personnel supervision.
- Leading strategic planning and goal-setting.
- Developing and implementing programs to promote archery in India.
- Establishing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
- Advocating for AAI's interests on a national and international scale.

Remuneration and Deadline
