Affiliated with World Archery Asia and World Archery, AAI's mission is to promote, organize, and regulate the sport of archery across India. The CEO will be integral to these efforts, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and representing the AAI on both national and international platforms.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience within a sports organization, federation, league, or agency.
• In-depth understanding of sports governance.
• Proven strategic planning skills.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and foster collaboration.
• No prior association with AAI.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing financial management, resource allocation, and personnel supervision.
• Leading strategic planning and goal-setting.
• Developing and implementing programs to promote archery in India.
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
• Advocating for AAI's interests on a national and international scale.
