The Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad (APVVP), under the Health Medical and Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, has released an advertisement, invited online applications from qualified and experienced candidates for filling 723 vacancies to post of Civil Assistant Surgeon - CAS (Specialists - Gynecology, Pediatrics, Anesthesia, General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pathology, Ophthalmology, Radiology, Psychiatry, Dermatology and ENT) and Dental Assistant Surgeons (DAS) through direct recruitment. The application-cum-registration process towards the same starts from June 19, 2020 onwards, and closes on July 18, 2020 by 5:00 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for CAS and DAS posts through APVVP Recruitment 2020 must have exceeded 42 years of age as on January 1, 2021 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 5 years (SC/ST/BC), 3 years (Ex-SM) and 10 years (PWD) respectively as specified in the notification.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 1,500 (Gen/OC/BC) and Rs. 1,000 (SC/ST) respectively as application processing fee through online SBI collect mode only.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for CAS and DAS posts through APVVP Recruitment 2020 must possess a PG Degree/Diploma/DNB in the concerned speciality or its equivalent qualification (CAS posts); BDS or its equivalent qualification (DAS posts) from a recognized University/Institution with relevant years of experience in the concerned area.
Candidates must also be registered permanently with State Medical Council of Andhra Pradesh in India constituted under MCI Act.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to CAS and DAS posts through APVVP Recruitment 2020 will be done based on the Academic Performance and Merit.

Candidates selected to CAS and DAS posts through APVVP Recruitment 2020 will be paid an emolument of Rs. 53,500 per month.
