APSPDCL Recruitment 2019: Apply Online For 5,107 Energy Assistants Post Before August 17

The Andhra Pradesh Southern Power Distribution Company (APSPDCL), under the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, has invited online applications from eligible Male candidates for filling 5,107 vacancies to the post of Energy Assistants (Junior Linemen Grade-II) on regular basis through direct recruitment to be posted in villages/ward secretariats in various districts across the State. The applications process towards the same started on August 02, 2019 and closes on August 17, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Energy Assistants (Jr. Linemen Grade-II) through APSPDCL Recruitment 2019 must have attained 18 years of age as on July 01, 2019 and not be more than 35 years, with relaxation in the upper age limit to reserved categories as applicable.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 200 as application processing through online (net-banking/bebit/credit payment gateways) mode only. Candidates applying for more than one district must pay an additional fee of Rs.100.

Educational Criteria

Desirous candidates applying for the post of Energy Assistants (Jr. Linemen Grade-II) through APSPDCL Recruitment 2019 must have passed Class 10/SSC or equivalent with an ITI in Electrical Trade/Wireman Trade/Intermediate Vocational Course in Electrical Domestic Appliances and Rewinding (EDAR)/Electrical Wiring and Contracting (EWC)/Electrical Wiring and Servicing of Electrical Appliances (EW & SEA) from a recognized Board/Institution as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Energy Assistants (Jr. Linemen Grade-II) through APSPDCL Recruitment 2019 will be done based on the candidates academic score and tests comprising - pole climbing, meter reading and cycling.

Candidates selected as Energy Assistants (Jr. Linemen Grade-II) will be paid an emolument of Rs. 15,000 per month.
