APSC Recruitment 2023: Application Process, Eligibility and more

Under Advt. No. 29/2023, the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has sought online applications from qualified applicants for the position of Junior Engineer (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) in the Public Health Engineering Department. Eligible individuals can apply for the positions starting November 6 on the official website apsc.nic.in. The application deadline is December 5, 2023. The deadline for paying the fee is December 7.

Eligibility

As per the official notification, the candidate must have completed a Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institute or university. The age limit, as prescribed by the APSC, ranges between 21 to 38 years. However, age relaxation will be applicable as per government norms.

Exam Pattern

The APSC JE 2023 recruitment process consists of a written test and a personal interview. The written test will cover General Studies and Engineering Aptitude, while the personal interview will assess the candidate's personality and communication skills. Application Fees

Applicants belonging to the SC/ST/OBC/MOBC category need to pay a fee of Rs 197.20, while candidates from the General category need to pay Rs 297.20. Applicants from the BPL/PwBD category will be required to pay a fee of Rs 47.20.
