APPSC Recruitment 2019 For Gazetted Posts In Various Services; Application Starts From 26 March

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC), Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, has released an official notification inviting applications in online mode from eligible Indian nationals for filling 31 gazetted posts comprising Assistant B.C. Welfare Officer, Assistant Social Welfare Officer, Assistant Tribal Welfare Officer, Civil Assistant Surgeons, Zilla Sainik Welfare Officers, Assistant Director in AP Town and Country Planning, Assistant Chemist, Town Planning Assistant, Royalty Inspector and Technical Assistant to be placed under various services/departments of the Andhra Pradesh government. The application process towards the same will start from 26 March 2019 and will close on 16 April 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the above Gazetted posts through APPSC Recruitment 2019 must have attained 18 years of age as on 01 July 2019, and not exceeded 42 years, with relaxation in the upper age limit to reserved categories as per the AP Govt. guidelines. However, candidates applying for the post of Technical Assistant (Automobile Engineering) must have attained 18 years of age as on 01 July 2019, and not exceeded 30 years.

Candidates must remit a requisite amount of Rs. 250 and Rs. 120 as application cum examination fee through online (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit, etc., payment gateways) mode only. SC/ST/BC, PWD and Ex-SM candidates are granted exemption from payment of exam fee of Rs. 120.

Educational Criteria

Candidates interested in applying for multiple Gazetted posts through APPSC Recruitment 2019 must possess a Bachelor's Degree (General), MBBS Degree, M.Sc/B.Sc Degree (Chemistry/Geology); B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in relevant engineering disciplines from a recognised University/Institute as detailed in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates to multiple gazetted posts through APPSC Recruitment 2019 will be done through a Screening Test (Offline mode) and Main Examination (Computer Based Test) to be conducted in June 2019 and Interview.

Candidates selected to multiple gazetted posts will be paid an emolument in the range of Rs. 29,760 to Rs. 93,780 per month as per the designation.
