APPSC Notification For 31 Gazetted Officers Posts In Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, Check Details Here

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC), under Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, has released an official notification, inviting online applications from qualified and interested candidates for filling 31 Gazetted Officers vacancies in various capacities comprising Assistant B.C. Welfare Officer, Assistant Social Welfare Officer, Assistant Tribal Welfare Officer, Zilla Sainik Welfare Officers, Assistant Director, Assistant Chemist, Town Planning Assistant, Royalty Inspector and Technical Assistant (Automobile Engineering) through direct recruitment to be posted across various departments in the state. The application process towards the same starts from March 26, 2020 and closes on April 16, 2020 with April 15, 2020 as the last date for paying application fee.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Gazetted posts through APPSC Notification must have attained 18 years of age and not be more than 42 years (for all posts), 52 years (Zilla Sainik) as on July 1, 2019 with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as per the Andhra Pradesh Govt. norms and guidelines.

For Technical Assistants (Automobile Engineering) post, candidates' must have attained 21 years of age and not be more than 30 years.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 250 as application processing fee and Rs. 120 as examination fee either through online (net-banking/credit/debit etc.) mode or through Offline (cash mode) as applicable. SC/ST/BC/PH & Ex-SM candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Gazetted posts through APPSC Notification must possess a Bachelor's Degree; MBBS Degree; M.Sc Degree; B.Sc Degree; B.E/B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline from a recognised University/Institute as detailed in the advertisement.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Gazetted posts through APPSC Notification will be done through a Computer-Based Exam (objective type) and Main Examination.

Candidates shortlisted for Gazetted posts through APPSC Notification will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 31,460 to Rs. 93,780 as per the designation.
