The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has issued a notification for the recruitment of lecturers in the state. The organization is seeking qualified individuals to serve as Lecturers in Government Degree Colleges in A.P. Collegiate Education Service.

APPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2024; 240 Vacancies

APPSC Lecturer Recruitment aims to fill 240 positions, and the vacancy advertisement 17/2023 has been released for these roles. Subjects include Botany, Chemistry, Commerce, among others. The online application process is set to commence on January 24, 2024, and will remain open until February 13, 2024.

APPSC Lecturer Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Completion of a Master's degree from a University recognized by the UGC in the subject to be taught.
Possession of a NET (National Eligibility Test) or SET (State Eligibility Test) certificate alongside the Master's degree.
Age Limit:
Minimum and Maximum Age: 18 to 40 years.

Application Fee for APPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2024

Candidates applying for the Lecturer position are required to pay the following fees:
Application Fee: ₹250
Exam Fee: ₹120

While general category candidates need to pay both the application and examination fees, candidates from ST, BC, PBD, and ex-servicemen categories, as well as families with a White Card, only need to pay the examination fee. The fees can be paid through various online modes such as debit cards, credit cards, NET banking, or UPI.
