Eligibility Criteria for CCL DEO Recruitment 2022

You have to be 10th passed
You have to be a permanent employee with three years of service in CCL to apply for this vacancy

Selection Process

Applicants will be selected based on the Merit List prepared on the basis of performance in the Written Test. All the candidates must also qualify the Computer Typing Test to be considered for employment.

OMR-based Written Test of 70 Marks

Questions will be objective-type MCQs and you get 90 Mins to complete the paper
Computer Typing Test - 30 Marks (qualifying in nature)
Unless you achieve a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute, you can't clear this exam.

Only the candidates who clear the written examination will be called for the typing test.

Exam Pattern:

The Written Test will include 2 parts: Part A & B

Part A consist of questions based on Subject Knowledge/Mental ability/Quantitative ability/Logical and Reasoning skill: 50 questions of one mark each (total marks: 50)
Part B consists of General Awareness questions: 20 questions of one mark each (total marks: 20)

There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.

Qualifying Marks for the Written Exam

General Category candidates will require 40% which means 28 marks and SC/ST candidates will need 30 % which means 21 marks.
