Apply for 1262 Junior Assistant Vacancy in UP: Eligibility, Selection Process, Age, Fee, How to Apply and More

Government Job Seekers in Uttar Pradesh, buckle up! There are 1262 vacancies in UPSSSC up for grabs.

Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission, UPSSSC has invited online applications for the post of Junior Assistant on its official website at upsssc.gov.in. Interested candidates can apply for this massive recruitment drive from 21 November 2022 to 14 December 2022.

Be mindful that you need to have cleared the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2021 to be eligible to apply for this 1262 vacancy in Uttar Pradesh. The details of the vacancy, eligibility criteria and how-to-apply guide are given below.

A total of 1216 vacancies are available of which 515 vacancies are for General Candidates, and 338 for OBC applicants. The detailed vacancies are available below.

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 40 years

The cut-off date to determine your age is 1 July 2022.
Upper Age relaxation will be given to applicants as per the government rules

Pay Scale/Salary

• Rs. 5200- 20200/- (Level-3)

• All Candidates have to pay ₹ 25 as Application Fee online

Selection Process

Applicants will have to clear 3 rounds of the Selection Process to finally land the job as UPSSSC Junior Assistant

• Written Exam (65 Marks): The higher the score, the more the chance of getting on the Merit List
• Typing Test (Qualifying in nature): You have to achieve a minimum typing speed set by the authority to clear this round
• Document Verification (35 Marks): The higher your qualification, more the marks will be allotted to you.

• Must have UPSSSC PET 2021 Score Card
• Passed 10+2 OR equivalent in any stream from a Recognized Board/Institution
• Typing Speed in Hindi at 25 Word Per Minute & in English at 30 Word Per Minute
