The Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL), a Govt. of Assam Enterprise, has invited online from eligible and interested candidates for filling Three Seventy-Six (376) vacancies to the post of Assistant Manager (AM), Junior Manager (JM) and Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO) through direct recruitment to be posted in Guwahati, Assam in India on a fulltime basis. The application-cum-registration process towards same starts from December 09, 2020 onwards and closes on December 18, 2020.

APDCL Recruitment 2020: Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for AM, JM and AAO posts through APDCL Recruitment 2020 must have attained 18 years of age (Junior Manager post), 21 years of age (Assistant Manager and AAO post) and not have exceeded 44 years as on November 1, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 47 years (OBC/MOBC) and 49 years (SC/ST) respectively as specified in the APDCL recruitment notification.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 800 (General/OBC/MOBC candidate) and Rs. 400 (SC/ST candidates) respectively as application fee for AM, JM and AAO posts under APDCL Recruitment 2020 through online (net- banking, credit card, debit card, etc.) mode only.

Candidates applying for AM, JM and AAO posts through APDCL Recruitment 2020 must possess a B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Civil, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology and Computer Engineering disciplines; MBA/PGDM Degree with specialization in HRM, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Welfare; Graduate in Law; Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering; Bachelor Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce with minimum 55% marks from a recognised University/Institution as detailed in the APDCL recruitment notification.

APDCL Recruitment 2020: Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for AM, JM and AAO posts through APDCL Recruitment 2020 will be done through CBT mode of examination for 100 marks as notified in the APDCL recruitment notification.

Candidates shortlisted for AM, JM and AAO posts through APDCL Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument in the following scale:

• Assistant Manager: Rs. 37,300 to Rs. 1,12,000 per month
• Junior Manager/AAO: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 92,000 per month
