The Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, announced the Andhra Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test (APTET) results for 2024 on June 25. Candidates can access their scores on the official website, aptet.apcfss.in, using their candidate ID and date of birth. Out of the 2,67,789 students who registered for the exam, 2,35,907 appeared.

The APTET exams took place from February 27 to March 6, 2024, in two shifts: 9:30 am to 12 pm and 2:30 pm to 5 pm. The test is conducted annually to determine candidates' eligibility to teach in primary and upper primary schools in Andhra Pradesh. Those who pass the entrance exam can secure admission to various colleges in the state.
Steps to Check AP TET Result 2024:
To check the result online, candidates are supposed to follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website: aptet.apcfss.in.
Step 2: Click on the result link.
Step 3: Enter your hall ticket number or admit card number.
Step 4: Click on the "get result" button.
Step 5: The result will appear on your screen.
Step 6: Save and download the scorecard for future reference.
After passing the AP Teacher Eligibility Test, candidates must collect their certificates themselves. The exam conducting body will issue TET certificates to qualified candidates, who should verify all details mentioned on them carefully.
The APTET examination consists of two papers: one for primary teachers and another for upper primary schools. Each paper has a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes and contains 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) worth one mark each. There is no negative marking in the exam.
