The Andhra Pradesh Government's Department of School Education has announced the schedule for the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) 2024. The application fee payment window will open on July 3, and candidates can submit their applications through the official website aptet.apcfss.in.

The registration window will be active from July 4 to July 17, with the deadline for application fee payment set for July 16. The application fee for each paper is Rs 750.

AP TET 2024 Schedule and Admit Card:

The AP TET 2024 admit card will be issued from July 25 onwards. The examination dates are scheduled from August 5 to August 20, with two shifts on all days: Shift 1 from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon and Shift 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. The AP TET answer key will be released on August 10 onwards, with objections accepted until August 20. The final answer key will be published on August 25, and the results will be announced on August 30.

Passing Marks and Exam Pattern:

The passing marks for the AP TET 2024 are as follows: Unreserved category - 60% and above, Backward Classes - 50% and above, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Physically Handicapped (PH) - 40% and above. The exam duration is two hours and thirty minutes, consisting of two papers with a total of 150 multiple-choice questions. Paper one covers child development and pedagogy, language one, English, mathematics, and environmental studies; while paper two includes child development and pedagogy, language one, English, and subjects related to the chosen stream.
