AP EAMCET 2024 Results Declared, Check Out the Details Here

The Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU) Kakinada has declared the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2024 results. Candidates need at least 25 per cent marks, i.e. 40 marks, to be listed in the ranking released.

Applicants can check their scorecard and rank through the official website - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

Ranking Criteria:

Candidate ranks are based on their EAMCET and Class 12 performance. EAMCET marks carry 75 per cent weightage, while Class 12 marks in physics, mathematics, and chemistry contribute 25 per cent. However, ST and SC category candidates have a no minimum marks criteria relaxation. A committee will decide the weightage of marks for Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholder candidates.

Tiebreaker Rules:

If candidates have the same combined score, the first preference is given to the total marks secured in the AP EAPCET 2024 exam. If still, mathematics marks in the entrance exam are considered next, followed by physics marks. If the tie persists, the same rank is given, with preference to older candidates based on date of birth.

How to Check Your Scorecard?:

To check the scorecard, candidates need to follow the following given steps:

Step 1: Visit the AP EAPCET 2024 section on the homepage.
Step 2: Select "download rank card" in the new tab.
Step 3: Log in using the registration number, roll number, payment ID, or date of birth.
Step 4: The result will appear on the screen. Download and save the scorecard for further reference.

Exam Dates and Counselling:

This year, the AP EAPCET 2024 exam for Agriculture and Pharmacy was held on May 16 and May 17. The engineering stream exam concluded on May 23. Counselling dates and details are expected soon. The list of institutions and their intake in various disciplines and categories will be available shortly with counselling details.
