Once again this year, girls have outshone boys with an 81 percent pass rate in the 2nd year, while boys achieved 75 percent. In the 1st year examinations, girls attained an overall pass percentage of 71 percent, whereas boys secured 64 percent.

As per the officials, 393757 students appeared for the 2nd year exams. Out of them 306528 students passed. The overall pass percentage was 78 per cent.

Guntur district stood second with 81 percent of the First year results.

Krishna district secured the highest position in the AP Inter results, achieving an 84 percent pass rate in the first year and a 90 percent pass rate in the second year.

Andhra Pradesh Board follows the Grading System in Class 11th and 12th. Here is the classification of Grades. Above 75%: Grade A 60% to 75%: Grade B 50% to 60%: Grade C 35% to 50%: Grade D

The Board has also facilitated a method to access the AP Inter Results via SMS, particularly helpful for individuals lacking internet access. To receive the results via SMS on their mobile phones, candidates need to send a text message in the following format: APGEN REGISTRATION NO to 56263.

The annual exams for both 1st Year and 2nd Year students took place between March 1st and March 20th, 2024, covering Arts, Commerce, Science, and Vocational streams. Over 1 million students from various parts of the state participated in these examinations.

This year over 32000 students appeared in the 2nd year exams, out of them over 23000 have passed the exams.
