American Education Expo to be held in New Delhi

This spring, International Student Network (ISN) will host the American Education Scholarship Expo in New Delhi on February 25, 2014 from 6PM to 9PM at the at The Park Hotel, located at 15 Parliament Street. The highlight of this event is the merit based scholarships which are offered to both undergraduate and graduate students.

 

This event is supported by US Department of Commerce in New Delhi. This event includes a Student Visa Seminar presented by the U.S. Consular officer, which explains the Visa process for students. The seminar is a great opportunity for parents and students to address any concerns they might have about visa process, application, fees, etc. This seminar starts at 5:30PM and it's open to the public.

Highlights:

  • Meet face to face admission officers from the top 25 US Universities
  • Merit based scholarships to be offered for undergraduate and graduate programs ranging from $5,000 dollars to full tuition

The Scholarship Event includes representatives from the top 25 Universities in the US such as, University of San Francisco ($20,000), Concord University ($12,500), Drexel University- Full Tuition, Drury University ($21,000), University of Bridgeport ($15,000), Bennington College-Full Tuition, College for Creative Studies ($15,000), Oklahoma City University ($17,500), Pennsylvania State University- Erie ($5,000), University of Wisconsin Platteville ($5,000), Boston Architectural College ($5,000), Milwaukee School of Engineering ($12,000), Concordia University Wisconsin ($6,000) and many more. Representatives from these universities will be present at the American Education Expo. Come, meet them; be rewarded for your achievements and hard work in high school with an American college scholarship.

The American Education Expo is a free chance for potential future students and parents to meet face to face with representatives from the top 25 universities in the US. In the 2012/13 academic year over 100,754 students from India were studying in the United States. India is the second leading place of origin for students going to the United States, this is because America still is the number one destination for foreign students to pursue their higher education.
