Eligibility Criteria

For Class 6 Admission:

  • Age: 10-12 years as of March 31, 2026 (Born between April 1, 2014, and March 31, 2016).
  • Gender: Both boys and girls are eligible.

For Class 9 Admission:

  • Age: 13-15 years as of March 31, 2026 (Born between April 1, 2011, and March 31, 2013).
  • Education: Should have passed Class 8 from a recognized school.
  • Gender: Admission for girls is available in select Sainik Schools.

Application Fee

  • General / Defence category: ₹850
  • SC / ST category: ₹700

The payment can be made online via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking through the NTA portal.
