AIPMT 2016: Applicants can download admit cards from April 1

All India Pre-Medical /Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) admit cards are available to download on April 1. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will publish the admit cards on its official website.

The exam will be held on May 1, and the results for the same will be released on June 5.

Steps to download Admit Cards:

• Candidates should visit the official website
• Thereafter, click on the link, 'AIPMT Admit Cards 2016' and enter the required details
• On submitting the same, the results will get displayed on the screen
• Candidates must carry the admit card at the examination centre, failing which, they will not be allowed to sit for the exam

Paper Pattern:

The exam will consist of 180 objective type. Questions will be based on Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology). Exam will be held for a duration of 3 hours.

Important Dates:

• Download of admit cards: April 1
• Date of AIPMT: May 1
• Display of OMR sheet: Between May 19 to May 23 (For any three days)
• Display of answer key: May 24 to May 26
• Declaration of results: June 5 (tentative)
