AIMA MAT 2024 Registration Begins June 25, Check out for more details

The All India Management Association (AIMA) has unveiled the schedule for the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) 2024. Registration for the August exam will begin on June 25. Prospective candidates can register on the official website, mat.aima.in, once the registration link becomes active.

Key Details about MAT 2024

The MAT exam is a critical entry point for admission to over 600 B-schools across India, offering approximately 20,000 management seats. The MAT 2024 August session will be conducted from August 14 to August 25. To cater to diverse preferences and ensure accessibility, the exam will be held in three modes: computer-based test (CBT), paper-based test (PBT), and internet-based test (IBT).

Exam Dates and Modes

• Paper-Based Test (PBT): August 18 and August 25
• Computer-Based Test (CBT): August 11 and August 18
• Internet-Based Test (IBT):

IBT 1: August 9 and August 14
IBT 2: August 18 and August 23

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for MAT 2024, candidates must hold a graduate certificate in any discipline. Final-year graduation students are also eligible to appear for the exam. The application fee is Rs 2,100. However, candidates opting for an additional supplementary test will need to pay an extra Rs 1,500.

Introduction of MAT 2.0

AIMA has introduced MAT 2.0 starting from May 2024. This evolved version of the MAT exam includes newer segments focused on current business and economic trends. According to the official notification, "MAT 2.0 is a new-age entrance test that offers a fresh perspective on management education aligned with contemporary industry practices and growing educational requirements."
