AILET 2024 Exam: Important Dates, Eligibility Criteria, and Exam Pattern

The National Law University, Delhi (NLUD) has recently announced the important dates for the AILET 2024 exam, along with the eligibility criteria and exam pattern.

Important Dates and Application Process

The AILET 2024 exam is scheduled to take place on December 10, 2023, from 11 AM to 12:30 PM. The application forms and admission notice for the exam will be available on the official website of NLUD (nationallawuniversitydelhi.in) starting from August 7, 2023.

Exam Pattern
The AILET BA LLB exam consists of 150 objective-type questions divided into three sections: English, logical reasoning, and general knowledge, including current affairs. On the other hand, the AILET LLM and PhD exams solely focus on various aspects of law. The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.

Exam Evaluation and Marking Scheme:

The AILET 2024 exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 10 descriptive questions [1]. Each descriptive question carries 25 marks. For MCQs, each correct answer will be awarded one mark, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong attempt
