AIATSL Recruitment 2019 For 214 Customer Agents, Handyman And HR Posts Through 'Walk-In' Selection

Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL), a subsidiary of Air India Ltd., has released a notification inviting applications in a prescribed format from qualified and experienced Indian nationals (male and female) for filling 214 vacancies to the posts comprising Customer Agents, Handyman, Jr. Executive (HR/Admin) and Assistants (HR/Admin) on contract for a period of three-years to be posted at its Mumbai Station.

The selection of candidates will be done through a 'Walk-in-Interview' process scheduled on September 9, 2019 for Jr. Executive and Assistants (HR/Admin) posts, and on September 13 and 14, 2019 for Customer Agents and Handyman posts from 9:00 am onwards at the Systems & Training Division, 2nd floor, GSD Complex, Near Sahar Police Station, Airport Gate No.-5, Sahar, Andheri-E, Mumbai-400099.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Customer Agents, Handyman and HR posts through AIATSL Recruitment 2019 must have attained 28 years of age, with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 31 years for OBC categories and 33 years for SC/ST candidates as specified in the notification.

Those applying for the post of Jr. Executive (HR/Admin) must have attained 35 years of age, with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 38 years for OBC categories and 40 years for SC/ST candidates.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 500 as application processing fee in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) favoring "AIR INDIA AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES LTD.", payable at Mumbai. However, SC/ST/Ex-SM candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Candidates applying for Customer Agents, Handyman and HR posts through AIATSL Recruitment 2019 must have passed SSC/10th Standard or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree; Graduation or Diploma in IATA-UFTA or IATA-FIATAA or IATA-DGR or IATA-CARGO; MBA or equivalent in HR/ Personnel Management from a recognised University/Institution with desirable work experience in relevant domain as specified in the notification against each post.
Candidates must also possess a working knowledge of computers and its applications.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Customer Agents, Handyman and HR posts through AIATSL Recruitment 2019 will be done through Screening, Group Discussion/Personal Interview (as applicable) and Document Verification.

Candidates selected as Customer Agents, Handyman and HR/Admin will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 16,590 to Rs. 25,300 per month as per the designation
