UK's University of Lincoln invites applications for its MBA programme

USPs of the course:

​The well-established Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at the UK-based University of Lincoln facilitates the development of skills, expertise and vision to enable managers to be critical, analytical and creative in their organisations. Taught at the Lincoln Business School, the Master's degree is designed to provide an in depth analytical approach to the study of the management of organizations and equips the students for senior management positions where they will be addressing issues of corporate policy and strategic implementation.

A key feature of Lincoln MBA is the opportunity to implement students' learning in practice by applying relevant theories to issues in real-world scenarios through case studies. Therefore, the programme will enable the students to advance their knowledge, build confidence and gain a global perspective in preparation for new management responsibilities or to become a senior leader in industry. It encourages the students to critically examine issues from a range of perspectives to come to a greater understanding of the complex and challenging nature of management.

The MBA programme comprises three types of modules - fundamental modules, core modules and elective modules covering key topics like Business Economics, Group Consultancy Project, Managerial Finance, Marketing and Innovation, Organisational Strategy, Research Design and Methods as well as the Dissertation project.All the modules are delivered by experienced academics with specific research and first-hand industrial expertise. Apart from this, lectures, seminars, workshops and group tutorials are lined up for the students, offering them the opportunity for discussion on specific theories or cases.

​​Career Prospects for Course Graduates: The course graduates can become effective managers and work at senior or director-level posts within organizations.

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants with second class honors' degree or equivalent work experience will be considered. In addition to this, English language qualification of IELTS 6 or equivalent is required.

​​Course Fee: £12,400 (after a reduction of £2000 as part of Global Postgraduate/International Alumni Scholarship)

​​Scholarships: A scholarship amount of £2,000 will be deducted from the programme fees as part of either Global Postgraduate Scholarship (available for the international postgraduate applicants meeting the entry requirements) or International Alumni Scholarship (available for self-funding international students who have previously studied an undergraduate course at the University and progress onto a postgraduate course). A student will be eligible for one of these scholarships.
