Panjab Varsity invites applications for its B.Com and LLB Programme

Panjab University, invites applications for its B.Com and LLB (Hons.) programme for the academic year 2014. This programme is run by the University Institute of Legal Studies of Panjab University. The applications are invited by the department to fill the 60 additional seats of B.Com and LLB (Hons.) 5 years integrated programme. Students can apply online by logging on to the official website of Panjab University.

Eligibility:

• The candidate should have appeared and qualified in PU BA/ B.Com LLB [Hons.] Entrance Test conducted in May 2013 as the admission shall be made on the basis of the merit as per the ‘Final Merit List' prepared by Panjab University for admission to the B.Com LLB [Hons.] 5 years Integrated Course.
• If a candidate from a recognised Centre of Legal Education, other than that of or affiliated to Panjab University, seeks this admission, then the difference between the papers for which he has appeared in the 1st Semester examination of the Integrated Law Course in his erstwhile institution and the papers for which the candidate is required to appear in 1st Semester of B.Com. LL.B. [Hons.] 5Years Integrated Course of Panjab University, should not be more than 2.
• At the time of the counselling, all such candidates would be required to be present in person along with his/ her originals documents/certificates to prove his eligibility for admission. In case, any candidate has submitted his original certificates in his erstwhile institution for admission, he shall furnish an undertaking to that effect and should produce the same within a period of 21 days from the date of his admission to 2nd semester of B.Com LL.B (Hons.) in University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
