NIRD, Hyderabad offers PG Diploma in Rural Development Management
National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), Hyderabad, invites applications for Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Development Management (PGDRDM) programme, commencing in 2014.
Eligibility:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any of the recognised universities.
Selection procedure:
Candidates will be based on entrance test, group discussion and interview conducted by the institute.
Test Centres:
Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Dimapur, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Lucknow, New Delhi, Patna, Pune and Thiruvananthapuram
Scholarships:
The SC/ST/PWD students will be eligible for NIRD's Scholarship based on their performance. The North Eastern Council, Shillong, will be approached for giving fellowships to economically backward students of North Eastern states.
How to apply:
- The application form can be downloaded from the official website of National Institute of Rural Development.
- The filled application form, along with demand draft of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 300/- for SC/ ST) drawn in favor of NIRD-PGDRDM, payable at Hyderabad should be submitted to the admission coordinator in the institute.
Important dates:
- Last date for the submission of application form is 21st April 2014.
- Entrance test will be held on 28th April 2014.
